Post and bushing insulators are made of epoxy resin-based composite ceramics;
the body is made of hot-dip galvanized steel;
the cell consists of 4 solid compartments (busbar compartment, relay compartment, current transformer compartment, circuit breaker compartment), each of which has its own exhaust valve to relieve excess pressure;
the contact part of the circuit-breaker is isolated (the plug-in power connectors of the withdrawable element are closed in the insulating pipe), which completely excludes the phase-to-phase short circuit;
the depth of the cabinets is constant for all primary circuits, for a different number of power cables and does not depend on the rated current of the cell and the breaking current;
the shields of the cable compartment are quick-detachable, attached to the cell on the grooves and removed with an upward movement. Unlike hinged panels, they do not block the narrow passage behind the cells;
there is a blocking for removing the shield of the cable compartment when earthing knives are not applied;
the firing-type grounding disconnector is triggered when the “dead center” is reached, regardless of further actions of the personnel;
the door of the circuit breaker compartment is fixed at ten points when closing, providing reliable protection against an explosion in case of short circuit;
the motor drive of the grounding knives and the movement of the draw-out element makes it possible to organize completely remote control of the substation from the control room, thereby ensuring increased safety of the service personnel.
The execution of cabinets with insulated busbars is possible.
