Aircooled TRIVAC L pumps are designed to meet diffused industrial application requirements requiring stable performance and ease of operation.
The standard TRIVAC L pumps with LVO 130 mineral oil meet the industrial requirements of various applications. The TRIVAC L features an optimized design that extends the uptime of your processes via convenient and efficient onsite maintenance. Custom versions of the TRIVAC L are available for specific demands, like motors, oil options and systems.

Our TRIVAC L pump systems are combinations of fore vacuum pumps along with roots vacuum pumpsand roots vacuum pumps, which are typically used to attain a base pressure of 10-3 mbar. Multistage combinations can be customized for applications where pressures below 10-4 mbar are required. A line of standard pump systems has been developed to provide the right solution for your processes.
