Buyers (consumers) of our online store have the right to terminate the contract of sale of goods without giving a reason by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the goods. The Buyer is responsible for the assembly, packaging and delivery of the goods to the Seller.
The goods can be returned to the store Valmieras iela, 3-3 Rīga, LV-1009, Latvija, or sent together with a completed return certificate, debit account or bill of lading indicating the delivery details: Valmieras iela, 3-3 Rīga, LV-1009, Latvija.

When returning goods to the store, you must present a proof of purchase: an invoice.
After receiving the returned goods and assessing their condition, the Seller is obliged to return the money paid for the goods to the Buyer within 14 days. If only part of the purchased goods is returned, the delivery cost is not refunded.
The product must be returned in neat original packaging (with instructions and warranty card, if they were delivered with the product). The Buyer is responsible for the entire set of returned goods. If the product is not complete, the Seller has the right not to accept the returned product.
