The Standard Mole 3D Scanner from 3DMakerpro is a precision handheld 3D scanning solution designed for capturing high-resolution 3D models of medium-sized objects. Engineered to balance performance, portability, and accuracy, it serves both professional and advanced hobbyist workflows.

High Accuracy and Detail Capture
Equipped with advanced optics and precision sensors, the Mole delivers up to 0.05 mm scan accuracy and 0.1 mm resolution, ensuring finely detailed surface reproduction for reverse engineering, inspection, 3D printing, and digital archiving.

Rapid Scanning Performance
With a 10 FPS frame rate and a single capture range of 200 × 100 mm, the scanner efficiently digitizes objects while preserving dimensional fidelity. It supports capturing object sizes from approximately 15 mm up to 1500 mm in diameter, making it versatile for a wide range of applications.

Smart Tracking Technology
The Mole utilizes visual tracking and self-developed AI algorithms that allow markerless scanning, eliminating the need for reflective markers and simplifying the capture process while maintaining tracking stability.

Colour & Surface Capabilities
Thanks to a near-infrared (NIR) light source and advanced optical compatibility, even challenging surfaces—including dark or black objects—can be scanned with high success rates. When paired with optional colour accessories (such as a colour kit), Mole can also capture textured colour data for realistic 3D models.

Compatibility and Output
Scanned data can be exported in industry-standard formats such as OBJ, STL, and PLY, making it readily usable in CAD, 3D printing, modeling, and visualization software. The scanner is compatible with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms (Android/iOS), offering flexible workflow integration.

Ergonomic and Practical Design
Its compact form factor and ergonomic design support both handheld and turntable scanning workflows. The integrated quiet cooling system allows extended scanning sessions without overheating.
