At the heart of the package is the Xi 640 infrared imager, along with a sturdy water-cooled stainless-steel housing, a laminar air purge with a protective window, a shutter system, and an industrial process interface. With an environmental rating of IP67 and the ability to operate at ambient temperatures up to 250 °C, this Industrial Package delivers stable and precise measurements, even in heat, dust, smoke, or aggressive fumes. The integrated cooling system requires a water flow of 1 to 5 l/min, which effectively safeguards the camera electronics and optics, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding conditions. The shutter and air purge system work together to keep the lens clean and reduce maintenance needs, even in dirty production areas.
