This device from the Japanese company Sanwa is a portable LCR-meter (capacitance, inductance and resistance meter) with a full range of functions, successfully competing in terms of characteristics and capabilities with most similar desktop devices. Sanwa LCR700 has a function of sorting by the value of the measured parameter, allowing you to quickly perform it for passive components, for example, in the input control.
