The Allied Vision Alvium 1800 U-291 is a high-performance industrial USB3 camera engineered for demanding machine vision and embedded image processing applications. Driven by the advanced Sony IMX421 CMOS sensor with Global Shutter technology, this camera captures distortion-free images of fast-moving objects with a resolution of 1944 × 1472 pixels at frame rates up to 144 frames per second.
Built upon the innovative ALVIUM System-on-Chip (SoC) technology, the Alvium 1800 U series offers on-board image preprocessing capabilities that offload heavy computations from the host PC. Fully compliant with the USB3 Vision standard, it delivers seamless integration, high data throughput over USB 3.1 Gen 1, flexible power options via Power over USB or external 5 V power, and robust GPIO capabilities.
Designed with industrial reliability in mind, this compact camera features low power consumption, an extended housing operating temperature range from -20 °C to 65 °C, flexible mounting options including C-Mount or CS-Mount, and various housing configurations such as Bare Board, Open Housing, and Closed Housing to fit any OEM design.
