Calibration of pyrometers and thermal imagers (-30°C to 1700°C)

Delivery

• Methods: Fast delivery across the Baltic States via UPS and Venipak courier services.

• Cost: Free for orders over 99 EUR (for packages up to 30 kg). For bulky shipments over 30 kg - from 20 EUR.

• Lead time: 2-5 business days if the item is in stock in Riga. On order - from 1 week to 1 month (exact dates confirmed by our manager).

Payment

• Payment method: Bank transfer to our account at AS "Rietumu Banka" (IBAN: LV67RTMB0000701801831, SWIFT: RTMBLV2X) based on the issued invoice.

• 0% VAT (B2B): Available for companies from Lithuania and Estonia with a valid VAT ID.

• Reservation: Goods are reserved in the warehouse strictly for 3 business days from the moment the invoice is sent.

Warranty

• Warranty period: Official manufacturer warranty for Leybold and Guide Sensmart devices ranges from 1 to 3 years.

• Service: Own service center in Riga. Preliminary remote technical diagnostics are mandatory before shipping any device back.

• Inspection deadlines: You have 5 business days to check the completeness of the device and 14 days to check for hidden physical damage.

• For individuals (B2C): Legal right to return goods of appropriate quality within 14 days without giving any reason.

• For legal entities (B2B): The 14-day unconditional return right does not apply. All return and exchange matters between companies are governed by the individual contract.

• Packaging requirements: The item must be in perfect factory condition and fully complete. It is strictly forbidden to apply tape or courier labels directly to the original Leybold or Guide box. An outer protective shipping box must be used.

• Non-returnable items: Opened software, activated licenses, compromised sealed consumables (chemical sensors, filters), and opened battery blister packs.

• Costs: All direct expenses for the return transportation of equipment to our warehouse in Riga are fully covered by the buyer.
