The HYCON HCS20 Power Drive is an exceptionally durable handheld hydraulic cut-off saw engineered for extreme cutting operations in reinforced concrete, masonry, steel, and asphalt. Equipped with an innovative HYCON Power Drive motor, this tool withstands up to three times higher return pressure than standard hydraulic saws, eliminating seal blowouts and delivering uninterrupted power day after day.
Designed for both vertical and horizontal operations, the HCS20 features an integrated automatic water trigger system that activates dust-suppression flushing simultaneously with the tool trigger. The internal water passage cools both the housing and motor, maintaining lower operating temperatures during prolonged heavy-duty cutting tasks.
Maximum operator safety is ensured through a system pressure relief valve that automatically halts operation if the disc jams, alongside an automatic blade brake that stops rotation within 10 seconds of releasing the trigger. Completely sealed against water and abrasive slurry, all internal mechanical components run in continuous oil lubrication.
