The Allied Vision hr455MXGE-T is an ultra-high-resolution 61.00 MP monochrome industrial camera designed for demanding machine vision applications. Powered by the full-frame Sony IMX455 CMOS sensor, it provides an outstanding resolution of 9568 × 6380 pixels with a dynamic range of 81.4 dB and a signal-to-noise ratio of 47 dB, capturing ultra-fine structural details with extreme clarity.
Equipped with a high-speed 10GigE interface (GigE Vision 2.0), this camera streams uncompressed image data at up to 18 frames per second over standard RJ-45 networking infrastructure. Advanced on-board FPGA features include Flat-Field Correction (FFC), Defect Pixel Correction (DPC), Look-Up Tables (LUT), and built-in image buffer RAM of 448 MB to guarantee zero-loss data transfer in high-throughput industrial automation environments.
Housed in a rugged IP30-rated aluminum enclosure with an M58x0.75 lens mount, the camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE+) and versatile digital I/O interfaces, operating reliably in extended housing temperatures ranging from -10 °C up to +70 °C.
