The HYCON SawEZ guide rail system is a versatile, high-performance solution engineered for construction contractors and demolition professionals. Designed to minimize operator physical exertion while maximizing cutting efficiency, this modular rail system allows for exact, effortless linear cuts into reinforced concrete, brickwork, and dense masonry structures.
By utilizing HYCON's advanced hydraulic technology, the system supports continuous heavy-duty operations without thermal or mechanical degradation. Thanks to its innovative adaptor system, operators can seamlessly swap between standard cut-off saws and ring saws on the same track. This dual-capability approach enables preliminary positioning cuts up to 187 mm with a 16-inch saw followed by deep penetration cuts up to 300 mm using the HRS400 ring saw.
