The HYCON HCS16 PowerDrive hydraulic handheld cut-off saw is an exceptionally robust professional tool designed for extreme cutting operations. Compared to traditional gas engine saws, the hydraulic diamond saw operates continuously without frequent maintenance requirements, maximizing job site productivity and reducing lifetime operating costs.
Featuring a high-quality direct drive hydraulic motor, the tool delivers maximum torque directly to the disc while maintaining exceptionally low vibration levels below 2.5 m/s2. The innovative internal flushing system channels water through the body and hydraulic motor, providing effective active cooling to keep all external operational surfaces cold. Integrated safety features include a system pressure relief valve that stops the blade if jammed, while an automatic brake stops blade rotation within 10 seconds after trigger release.
