The HYCON HCS20 PowerDrive Flush Cut is a high-performance hydraulic cut-off saw engineered for extreme cutting operations in reinforced concrete brick masonry asphalt and steel structures. Designed specifically for flush cutting applications this saw allows operators to make precise cuts flush against walls floors and adjacent surfaces where standard blade guards create obstructions. Powered by an advanced HYCON PowerDrive hydraulic motor the HCS20 withstands return pressures up to 3x higher than standard hydraulic motors preventing seal damage and providing exceptional durability under demanding site conditions.
Safety and operational efficiency are paramount in the design of the HCS20. It features an integrated automatic water trigger system that activates flushing water simultaneously with the tool trigger keeping the blade cool and suppressing dust. Internal water channels route cooling water directly through the body and hydraulic motor ensuring cool surface temperatures during prolonged use. Furthermore an automatic pressure relief valve stops the saw instantly if the blade jams and the blade comes to a complete standstill within ten seconds of releasing the trigger ensuring maximum operator protection.
