The Allied Vision fxo546MXGE is a state-of-the-art industrial area scan camera equipped with a high-resolution 8.10 Megapixel Sony IMX546 CMOS sensor featuring advanced global shutter technology. Designed for demanding machine vision applications, this camera delivers an exceptional resolution of 2840 x 2840 pixels at high frame rates up to 88 frames per second. Its high-bandwidth 10GigE interface over standard RJ-45 connectors ensures uncompressed, ultra-fast image data transmission over long cable lengths.
Built with an onboard 896 MB image buffer and 32 MB flash memory, the fxo546MXGE provides robust frame queuing and system stability. Advanced image processing functions such as flat-field correction (FFC), defect pixel correction (DPC), dynamic shading correction, lookup tables (LUT), and precise PTP (IEEE 1588) synchronization allow seamless integration into automated optical inspection lines and continuous quality control environments.
