The SVS-Vistek fxo537MXGE is an advanced high-speed machine vision camera equipped with a high-performance CMOS monochrome Sony IMX537 sensor. Delivering a resolution of 2448 x 2048 pixels at an impressive frame rate of 242.2 fps, this device is engineered for demanding industrial tasks requiring precision and rapid data acquisition. Featuring a global shutter, it completely eliminates motion blur during high-speed production line inspections.
Equipped with a ultra-fast 10GigE digital interface utilizing a standard RJ-45 connection, the camera supports RDMA technology to minimize CPU overhead and transfer high-bandwidth raw image data seamlessly. The camera integrates an expansive 896 MB image buffer (RAM) and 32 MB flash memory, offering built-in features like Flat-Field Correction (FFC), Defect Pixel Correction (DPC), Look-Up Tables (LUT), and precise hardware multi-channel LED control via integrated PWM generators.
Housed in a compact 76 x 50 x 50 mm aluminum casing with an IP30 protection rating and standard C-Mount lens attachment, the camera ensures stable operation in harsh thermal environments ranging from -10 degrees Celsius up to 60 degrees Celsius. Advanced timing features such as Precision Time Protocol (PTP IEEE 1588) enable precise multi-camera synchronization.
