Miniature Acoustic Imaging Camera Hertzinno HZ-FA-36
Downloads:
PDF Instruction 1
The Hertzinno HZ-FA-36 is an advanced ultra-compact acoustic imaging camera specially developed for inspection robots, quadruped robotic dogs, and automated monitoring platforms. Featuring a high-density array of 64 digital MEMS microphones and cutting-edge beamforming algorithms, this device converts ultrasound and audible acoustic signals into precise real-time visual heatmaps layered over Full HD video.
Designed for continuous online diagnostics and mobile robotic patrols, the HZ-FA-36 detects compressed gas leaks, high-voltage partial discharge, and abnormal mechanical friction that standard optical or thermal cameras cannot perceive. Weighing just 310 grams with an IP65 rated enclosure, it offers seamless integration via Ethernet HTTP interfaces and RTSP streaming for autonomous industrial inspection.
Applications
- Autonomous robotic dog patrols in electrical substations
- Robotic gas leak detection in compressed air and utility pipelines
- Continuous online monitoring of high-voltage switchgear and transformers
- Abnormal equipment noise diagnosis in motors pumps and gearboxes
- Unmanned industrial facility inspection and preventive maintenance
