The automatic order confirmation sent to your email immediately after checkout is NOT an invoice for payment. Our manager must manually verify the availability of the devices in stock, after which the official invoice will be sent to your registered email.
2. 0% VAT Conditions for EU Companies (B2B)
By default, all prices on our website are listed excluding VAT. The tax calculation is strictly regulated by EU rules:

3. Equipment Reservation Terms
From the moment the invoice is sent to your email, the ordered devices are reserved in the warehouse strictly for 3 business days. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation is canceled automatically, and the order is annulled.
Shipping Methods and Times
We provide fast delivery of professional equipment throughout Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Our official logistics partners are international courier services UPS and Venipak.
Delivery Times:
- In stock in Riga warehouse: Courier delivery to your address takes 2 to 5 business days.
- On order (not in stock): Delivery time depends directly on the manufacturer (Leybold, Guide Sensmart) and ranges from 1 week to 1 month. The exact time will be confirmed by the manager.
Important Information about Deadlines: All delivery times listed on the website are preliminary. Deadlines may adjust depending on the actual time of order placement, manufacturer schedules, and the moment payment is credited to our bank account. The courier service will inform you in advance of the exact arrival time of the goods via SMS or a phone call.
Shipping Costs and Weight Limits
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination country, city, and the total weight of the package.
- Free Shipping: Applies to orders with a total value over 99 EUR, provided the total package weight does not exceed 30 kg.
- Bulky and Heavy Goods: If the weight of the ordered equipment (such as industrial systems or gas analyzer kits) exceeds 30 kg, the shipment is classified as bulky. In this case, the shipping cost is calculated individually and starts from 20 EUR.
