- Performance of a purchase and sale agreement and delivery: issuing invoices, reserving equipment, transferring contact details to courier services (Venipak, UPS) for cargo delivery.
- Compliance with legal obligations: compliance with tax laws and bookkeeping laws of the Republic of Latvia.
- Legitimate interest of the company: remote technical diagnostics of devices, handling claims, and protecting the company's rights in case of disputes.

Data related to invoicing, accounting documents, and performance of contractual obligations are securely stored for 6 years from the date of order fulfillment. This period is dictated by the financial and tax legislation of Latvia.
Personal data processed based on your consent (e.g., for marketing) are stored until you withdraw your consent.
