The DKS-02PN CADMIUM by Ecotest is a highly sensitive search radiation monitor engineered for the detection and localization of radioactive and nuclear materials via external gamma and neutron radiation. Utilizing new-generation CsI(Tl) and LiI(Eu) scintillation detectors paired with solid-state silicon photomultipliers (SiPM), the device delivers high thermal stability, zero microphonic effect, and accurate performance in harsh field environments.
Equipped with a high-resolution color display and four independent alarm threshold levels, this B2B radiation search instrument provides comprehensive visual, acoustic, and vibration alerts. Gamma alerts are indicated in red, while neutron detection is highlighted in blue, replicated at the top end of the unit for immediate tactical reading during operational searches.
Data logging and geographic mapping are supported via USB connection and the Spectra Reader software package, allowing operators to correlate radiation measurements with precise GPS coordinates, prepare official analytical reports, and maintain regulatory compliance.
