The MKS-11GN SPECTRA is an advanced search dosimeter-radiometer and spectroscopic identifier engineered for fast detection, search, and real-time identification of radioactive and nuclear materials via gamma and neutron radiation. Utilizing state-of-the-art CsI(Tl) and LiI(Eu) scintillation detectors coupled with solid-state silicon photomultipliers (SiPM), the device delivers exceptional thermal stability and completely eliminates microphone effects.
Compliant with international standards ANSI 42.48, ANSI 42.32, and ANSI 42.33, SPECTRA performs real-time radionuclide identification categorized according to IAEA requirements (medical, industrial, special nuclear, and naturally occurring radioactive materials). The integrated non-volatile memory records up to 250 complete 2048-channel gamma spectra, which can be analyzed and mapped alongside GPS data using dedicated PC software.
