Description

The TÜV-tested testo 300 NEXT LEVEL flue gas analyzer kit 2 is engineered for advanced industrial and commercial heating measurements. Equipped with an O2 sensor and an H2-compensated CO sensor extending up to 8000 ppm, this instrument manages high-load combustion analysis without sensor saturation. It incorporates a fast-response 5.0 inch Smart-Touch HD display with intuitive multi-parameter menus, features second-screen wireless functionality, and facilitates data transmission into plant management software. The analyzer supports up to four testo Smart Probes simultaneously for integrated parallel measurements.

Industrial Applications

  • High-capacity boiler commissioning: High-accuracy determination of combustion efficiency (Eta), flue gas loss, and H2-compensated CO concentrations up to 8000 ppm.
