Description
The compact testo 310 II flue gas analyzer is engineered specifically for the commissioning, auditing, and maintenance of hot water and residential heating systems. Featuring a high-resolution 7-line graphic display, the instrument houses two pre-calibrated measuring cells for O2 and CO, alongside a temperature sensor embedded within the modular probe. It features fast sensor zeroing in 30 seconds, an integrated condensate trap, and back-mounted magnets for hands-free operation on metallic surfaces. Through the testo Smart App, technicians can configure the multi-parameter display, perform parallel calculations (CO2, flue gas loss, efficiency Eta), and transmit data via Bluetooth for digital documentation and customer record management.
Industrial Applications
- Residential heating maintenance: Rapid on-site calculation of burner efficiency (Eta), flue gas loss, and direct verification of technical environmental parameters.
- Draft and pipeline tracking: High-precision piezoresistive differential pressure testing to cross-check boiler draught safety and line stability.
- Ambient air safety testing: Continuous identification of ambient CO exposure thresholds within residential boiler installations during technical inspections.
