Description
The testo 320 basic flue gas analyzer set is a professional tool engineered for the installation and maintenance of residential oil and gas heating systems. It features high-precision electrochemical O2 and CO sensors (without H2 compensation). The system supports standardized measurement procedures, enabling users to perform flue gas analysis, draught, pressure, and differential temperature measurements with a single, compact instrument. The device includes a high-resolution color display and robust bayonet-lock probe connectivity.
Industrial Applications
- Boiler Commissioning: Standardized emission analysis and air-fuel ratio verification for gas and oil-fired burners.
- System Maintenance: Routine thermal efficiency checks and pressure drop diagnostics in heating loops.
- Safety Auditing: Ambient CO monitoring and flue draught stability assessment in residential boiler rooms.
