Description
The TÜV-tested testo 330-2 LL is a professional flue gas analyzer designed for complex technical auditing, commissioning, and diagnostic monitoring of domestic and industrial heating plants. Engineered with a high-resolution 240 x 320 pixel graphic color display, the instrument features electrochemical Longlife sensors providing an operational service life up to 6 years. It incorporates an automated fresh air dilution mechanism that expands the CO measurement matrix up to 30,000 ppm, protecting the internal cells during high-concentration limits. The integrated diagnostic software architecture supports dedicated analysis menus including gas pipe tightness diagnostics and a multi-parameter logger function for continuous long-term evaluation of thermodynamic combustion profiles.
Industrial Applications
- Official acceptation emission monitoring: Compliance verification of residential and industrial burners matching strict 1. BImSchV and EN 50379 Parts 1-3 standards.
- Gas loop tightness diagnostics: Automated pre-set software routing to perform structural pressure drops and leak tests on gas pipe systems.
- Autonomous combustion tracking: Utilizing the internal logging memory array to record long-term emission curves, efficiency factors, and draft fluctuations.
