Description
The TÜV-tested testo 330i is an advanced, app-operated flue gas analyzer designed for technical auditing and maintenance of complex gas, oil, and solid fuel combustion loops. Operating without a built-in display, the completely enclosed robust plastic housing syncs data via Bluetooth to mobile terminal devices at a distance of up to 5 meters. This specific configuration features an electrochemical O2 cell, an H2-compensated CO measuring cell supporting automatic fresh air dilution up to 30,000 ppm, and an integrated NO sensor for combined heat and power plants. The hardware architecture incorporates user-replaceable Longlife sensors with up to 6 years of operational lifespan and integrated draft/gas zeroing directly inside the exhaust path.
Industrial Applications
- Combined heat and power plants (CHP): Multi-gas emissions logging and precision adjustment using the built-in NO and H2-compensated CO sensor cells.
- Official compliance emissions mapping: High-concentration emission diagnostics meeting the strict requirements of 1. BImSchV and EN 50379 Parts 1-3.
- Remote high-altitude measuring points: Troubleshooting of large thermal heating systems via the mobile app, preventing probe slippage and managing data wirelessly.
