Description
The high-performance testo 340 industrial flue gas analyzer is configured for precise efficiency monitoring, commissioning, and validation of commercial heating systems. Outfitted with an electrochemical O2 sensor as standard, the internal modular architecture accommodates up to three additional customizable toxic gas slots (CO, COlow, NO, NOlow, NO2, or SO2). To insulate the integrated cell arrays during high gas concentration peaks, the instrument features an automated range extension thinning mechanism. It features an integrated automatic flow-controlled gas pump alongside standardized differential pressure and flow diagnostic channels, supporting up to 18 pre-loaded baseline fuel variants and easyEmission software integration.
Industrial Applications
- Industrial burner and boiler servicing: Optimization of fuel-to-air combustion ratios to maximize efficiency and control fuel consumption overheads.
- Stationary engine emission mapping: Reliable auditing of industrial power units and exhaust gas parameters to confirm technical threshold compliance.
- Gas turbine performance tracking: Multi-parameter emission checking and mass flow computations under varied thermodynamic system cycles.
