Description
The testo 340 is a high-performance, compact industrial flue gas analyzer designed for professional emission monitoring and combustion optimization. Equipped with an integrated O2 sensor as standard, the system features slots for up to three additional precalibrated toxic gas sensors (CO, COlow, NO, NOlow, NO2, or SO2), enabling precise customization to exact operational needs. To protect internal component architecture during exposure to high gas concentrations, the analyzer features an automated measuring range extension system (dilution). Built-in piezoresistive sensors allow parallel differential pressure and air velocity measurements for accurate mass flow tracking.
Industrial Applications
- Industrial burner and firing system installation: Calibration of combustion parameters and emission levels during commissioning and servicing cycles.
- Stationary engine emission auditing: Precise compliance checks on large-scale diesel or gas combustion engines under variable load conditions.
- Energy production facility inspection: Performance optimization of boilers, gas turbines, and thermal processing equipment in international utility maintenance.
