Description
The testo 350 Analysis Box is a rugged, professional industrial exhaust gas analyzer designed to meet the highest performance criteria for precise emission measurements and complex data acquisition. The analyzer unit contains an O2 sensor as standard and features internal slots to accommodate up to 5 additional optional gas sensors (CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, CxHy, or CO2). To shield the technical components during heavy-load monitoring, the integrated measuring range extension (dilution system) automatically triggers during unexpectedly high gas concentrations. The sealed housing features built-in impact protection for harsh technical environments and a practical service opening for fast access to wearing parts.
Industrial Applications
- Industrial engine and turbine tuning: Verification of dynamic gas concentrations to maximize combustion efficiency and track regulatory limits.
- Burner and thermal process auditing: Stationary monitoring of emission streams across high-capacity thermal manufacturing systems and processing plants.
- Autonomous complex data acquisition: Programmable operation for independent long-term testing with direct data log transmission via USB, Bluetooth, or CANCase.
