PDF Instruction 1
The Goldeye Pro G5-530 VSWIR TEC1 is an advanced industrial infrared camera equipped with the high-resolution 5.30 megapixel Sony IMX992 SenSWIR InGaAs sensor. Operating across an extended spectral range from 400 nm to 1700 nm, this camera seamlessly bridges visible and short-wave infrared spectrums. With single TE cooler active stabilization, it delivers ultra-low noise image capture required for critical quantitative testing.
Featuring a high-speed 5GBASE-T digital interface with NBASE-T backward compatibility and Power over Ethernet, the camera achieves frame rates up to 115 frames per second at full resolution. Integrated 256 MB onboard RAM image buffer prevents frame dropping during peak bandwidth demand, making it ideal for demanding high-speed automation systems.
Applications
- Semiconductor wafer inspection and subsurface defect analysis
- Solar cell manufacturing quality control
- Agritech hyperspectral sorting and moisture detection
- Laser beam profiling and optical telecommunications analysis
- Recycling plastics and material discrimination
- Recycling and food sorting quality assurance
