EV charging station analyzer Fluke FEV500/CCS1 Fast DC tester
Description Fluke FEV500/CCS1
The EV charging station analyzer Fluke FEV500/CCS1 is a portable, field-ready instrument designed to test, validate, and document Fast DC electric vehicle chargers without needing an electric vehicle present. The Fluke FEV500/CCS1 simulates real EV charging loads up to 2.4 kW through a single CCS1 connector, executing guided Autotest sequences with instant PASS/FAIL results on a 7-inch sunlight-readable touchscreen. Integrating with TruTest software, this DC fast charger tester automates data recording and compliance reporting for field maintenance teams.
Application field Fluke FEV500/CCS1
The EV charging station analyzer Fluke FEV500/CCS1 is built for field service engineers, commercial EVSE installers, municipal infrastructure inspectors, and charging network operators. It is used to perform safety checks, communication validation (DIN SPEC 70121, ISO 15118), insulation monitoring device (IMD) tests, and load performance verification on public DC fast-charging stations and fleet charging depots.
