Freeze-Point Furnace Fluke 9114 100 °C to 680 °C
Description
The Freeze-Point Furnace Fluke 9114 is a primary ITS-90 temperature calibration furnace engineered for national metrology institutes and primary calibration laboratories. Operating across a temperature range from 100 °C to 680 °C, the Fluke 9114 maintains Indium, Tin, Zinc, and Aluminum fixed-point cells with plateaus lasting from 24 to 40 hours. Utilizing proprietary digital three-zone control technology, it delivers outstanding temperature stability of +-0.03 °C and vertical uniformity of +-0.05 °C, while featuring clean gas-initiated supercooling for automated tin cell realization.
Application Scope
Engineered for primary calibration laboratories, national metrology institutes, and secondary standards facilities:
- Realizing ITS-90 defining fixed points of Indium (156.5985 °C), Tin (231.928 °C), Zinc (419.527 °C), and Aluminum (660.323 °C)
- Fixed-point calibration and drift assessment of standard platinum resistance thermometers (SPRTs)
- Maintaining highly uniform thermal conditions for primary temperature measurement research
