High Pressure Gas and Hydraulic Piston Gauge Fluke PG7202 (Gas to 110 MPa, Oil to 200 MPa)
Description
The High Pressure Gas and Hydraulic Piston Gauge Fluke PG7202 (Gas to 110 MPa, Oil to 200 MPa) is a primary reference standard designed for high-precision pressure calibration. Operating directly in gas up to 110 MPa without liquid-gas separators, the Fluke PG7202 can also switch to hydraulic operation up to 200 MPa. It features integrated tungsten carbide piston-cylinder modules, automated pressure control capabilities, and real-time monitoring of operating conditions.
Application field
Designed for primary calibration laboratories, metrology institutes, and industrial verification centers. Typical usage scenarios include:
- High-pressure gas calibration without liquid-gas interface contamination
- Hydraulic high-pressure calibration up to 200 MPa using Sebacate oil
- Automated pressure standard verification using 8270A or 8370A controllers and AMH mass handlers
- Traceable reference pressure testing in aerospace, defense, and energy sectors
