The ECOTEST EPD-27 (available in DoseG and DoseGX modifications) represents a new generation of personal electronic dosimeters engineered for precise measurement of personal dose equivalent Hp(10) and personal dose equivalent rate Hp(10) of gamma and X-ray radiation. Built around an advanced scintillator detector with a Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM), the EPD-27 provides outstanding sensitivity, high accuracy, and fast reaction times in dynamic radiation fields.
Designed for both autonomous operation and integration into automated personal dosimetry control systems (PDCS), the instrument features non-volatile memory for event history and dose accumulation tracking. The DoseG model focuses on gamma radiation detection (0.05 to 10 MeV), while the DoseGX model extends capabilities to soft X-ray radiation (12 to 200 keV). Housed in a glass-filled shock-resistant plastic casing rated IP67, the dosimeter withstands severe mechanical impacts, drop tests, and harsh environmental operating conditions.
