Description
The legal-compliant testo 380 particulate matter measurement system is engineered for advanced on-site fine dust diagnostics and emission auditing. Certified under VDI 4206 Sheet 2 standards and the 1. BImSchV regulations for fuel types 1-8 (levels 1 and 2), the system operates via a synchronized multi-unit architecture comprising the core testo 380 analyzer module and the companion testo 330-2 LL flue gas control center. Utilizing precision optical mass flow detection arrays, the analyzer performs simultaneous tracking of particulate matter, O2 concentrations, and CO volumetric fractions in real time. The industrial-grade hardware includes real-time chart tracking, automated maintenance profiles, and a robust enclosed frame for field diagnostics.
Industrial Applications
- Biomass plant emission mapping: Real-time logging of high-density soot and fine dust emissions from wood pellet, coal, and biomass boilers.
- Official compliance validation: Legally binding emission auditing and threshold tracking according to official VDI 4206-2 regulatory criteria.
- Combustion loop optimizing: Cross-referencing real-time particle concentration charts with fuel air matrices to adjust burner parameters and satisfy dynamic soot limits.
