Seller - SIA "PWMI Group" (Reg. No. 40203408479, legal address: Valmieras iela, 3-3, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia).

Buyer - any physical or legal entity placing an order on the website.

Website - the online store located at pwmi.lv, including all its language versions, mobile versions, and subdomains.

Distance Agreement - an agreement for the purchase and sale of equipment concluded between the Seller and the Buyer remotely, using the Website tools.

Order - an electronic request by the Buyer to purchase devices, generated through the Website shopping cart.

The Distance Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is considered officially concluded and enters into legal force at the moment the Buyer has made full payment of the official invoice and these funds have been credited to the bank account of SIA "PWMI Group".

The automatic order registration notification sent by the system immediately after checkout serves only as confirmation that the request has been received for processing. It is not an invoice and does not impose any delivery obligations on the Seller until the availability of goods is verified by a manager and payment is received.

The Buyer bears personal responsibility for the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of registration data, company name, delivery address, and VAT ID.

All prices on the Website are indicated in euros (EUR) and by default do not include value-added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are calculated separately.

The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the prices of any equipment without prior notice to the Buyer. If the goods are already reserved under an invoice (within 3 business days), the price for the Buyer remains unchanged.

Technical descriptions, specifications, and photos of the devices are provided for informational purposes. The actual appearance of the packaging or the body color of the devices may slightly differ from the images on the Website if this is due to planned updates by manufacturers (Leybold, Guide Sensmart) and does not degrade the declared technical parameters.

Important information for developers and competitors: All informational materials, technical parameter tables, unique model descriptions, graphical diagrams, logos, design elements, and software code on the Website are the intellectual property of SIA "PWMI Group" or its licensors.

Strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated systems, software, scripts, robots, or algorithms to collect, copy, extract, or monitor data ("screen scraping" / parsing of prices and descriptions of devices) without prior written permission from PWMI Group.
• Taking actions aimed at destabilizing the Website or artificially creating an excessive load on the server infrastructure.

In case of automatic data copying or hacking attempts, the Seller reserves the right to immediately block the IP addresses of the violator, cancel their accounts, and submit materials to law enforcement agencies and courts to recover material damages.

The Seller does all possible to ensure the continuous operation of the Website and the relevance of stock balances. However, the Seller does not bear legal responsibility for temporary technical failures in the operation of servers, communication providers, or delays in updating information due to reasons beyond their control.

The Seller is not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits of enterprises, or downtime of the Buyer's production lines caused by delivery delays of equipment by courier services (UPS, Venipak) or manufacturers.

All relations, disputes, and claims arising from this Distance Agreement or in connection with the use of the Website shall be governed exclusively by the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

The parties agree to resolve any disagreements through peaceful negotiations by writing to the email: office@pwmi.lv. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be transferred to the courts of the Republic of Latvia at the place of registration of the Seller.
